The Basic Futsal Referee Course aimed to improve the participants' understanding of the Rules of Futsal and strengthen refereeing skills through theoretical, practical and online video analysis learning sessions. Held at the Amphitheatre New Building, Football Association of Brunei Darussalam, the course concluded with the presentation of certificates.

The presentation of certificates to 12 participants was officiated by Siti Zuraina binti Haji Awang Abdullah, President of the Football Association of Brunei Darussalam. Also held was a presentation of certificates of appreciation to four instructors.
